Thank you for shopping with Lynx Athletics Club. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when orders are processed and delivered.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–4+ business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order is placed.
Please note:

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare, pack, and ship your order

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time

During high-volume periods (product launches, promotions, holidays), processing times may take the full stated window or more.
Orders are not considered delayed unless they exceed both the stated processing time and estimated shipping transit time.
Shipping & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges and delivery estimates are calculated and displayed at checkout.
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Delays & Carrier Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier.
Lynx Athletics Club is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Customs or inspection delays

Incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Lynx Athletics Club is not responsible for:

Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

Packages returned due to address errors

Delays caused by invalid or incomplete address details
If an order is returned due to an address issue, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier:

Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly to file a claim
If your tracking information shows a delivery issue, please contact us so we can assist with next steps where possible.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging so we can review the issue.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes determined by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in shipping costs.
